Crosstrainers

The crosstrainer: a popular fitness machine on which you mimic a (hard) running motion. The pedals rotate, giving you a sort of running motion, while you add extra support to the movement by moving the levers back and forth with your arms. On a crosstrainer, you train many different muscles at the same time: your leg muscles and glutes, but also your arm, shoulder and back muscles are put to work during your workout on the crosstrainer.
